Scripture for Surviving Mid-Term Week

For most of you guys, these next couple of weeks will be jam-packed with exams on exams on exams. For those of you who had them this past week, congrats on surviving.

Personally, I’ve never experienced the wide-eyed, sleep deprived nervous breakdown of a week, but I’ve seen so many friends go into turmoil over these exams.

Scripture has a lot to say about how we should deal with pressure and trials of this world, and  the confidence we can have in Christ in the midst of trials. I hope you can find encouragement through these scriptures, no matter what kind of test taker you are!

♦ When in trial, rely on God, not yourself ♦

Proverbs 3:5-6

Luke 21:34

Philippians 4:6

♦ Do your best, because your work can be an act of worship ♦

Colossians 3:23

Proverbs 13:4

2 Thessalonians 3:10-12

♦ At the end of the day, understand that your worth does not come from your grades ♦

Psalm 118:6

Romans 8:28

Colossians 1:16-17

As you go through out the course of your week, remember to reflect on these scriptures and remember that God will give you strength, but you are precious because you are a child of God, not because you have a giant A+ on your test.

Have an awesome week & remember to stay trendy!
